This is a rare single vineyard sparkling wine from 20 rows of the oldest Chardonnay vineyards at Hampshire’s Exton Park. Having spent six years on lees in bottle, the resulting wine is layered with rich pastry-like flavours melding with green apple and lemon sorbet. Concentrated and harmonious with laser-like acidity, creating a poised and precise ending.
