This excellent Grand Cru Pinot Gris is full of fruit ripeness and spice that's balanced by freshness. Deep, concentrated flavours linger on the off-dry finish.
The wine hails from the vineyards surrounding the chocolate-box village of Riquewihr. It is blessed with every possible natural attribute for successful grape growing. The climate is such that the grapes ripen slowly. To the west, the Vosges mountains minimize oceanic influences, whilst to the north, the famous Schoenenbourg hill protects the site from cold winds.
